Brian Dorsett, Show Host
Brian Dorsett was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana and is regarded as one of the finest athletes the city has ever produced. A baseball standout as a catcher at Terre HauteNorthHigh School and IndianaStateUniversity, Brian was taken in the 10th round of the 1987 Major League Baseball draft by the Oakland Athletics.
Brian remained in professional baseball for 14 seasons, suiting up as a member of the A’s, Padres, Cubs, Yankees and Reds. In 2007 Brian was inducted into the Indiana Baseball Hall of Fame, followed by a 2008 induction into the Ind iana State University Hall of Fame. Now a Terre Haute businessman, Brian is the President of Dorsett Mitsubishi. Brian is also a partner in The Action Track located off US 41 in Terre Haute.

I grew up in beautiful Brown County, went to college at Vincennes University where I learned all about radio and TV. I spent a couple years in Martinsville doing radio DJ-ing, news, sales and some sports. In 1992 I arrived in Terre Haute where I've been doing radio on-air, promotions and sales ever since. I have a lovely wife, Shelly, of over 12 years and three wonderful children: Ashley, Cole and Ainsley.
I've been a HUGE sports fan for as long as I can remember and was always playing sports like basketball, baseball, fishing and football. As I've gotten a bit older (and wiser I hope), I've picked up bowling, golf and tennis. But strangely enough, the one sport I've always excelled at the most has been "Foos ball", or table soccer to some... don't believe me, then put some money on the line and challenge me to a game some time, dare ya!
As far as a fan, now probably NASCAR is my favorite - go 48! Also, favorite teams are Reds, 49ers & Pacers, plus always an IU basketball fan growing up.
